Unlike other companies we involve surveyors at baseline level, regularly inviting surveyors on a rotational basis to attend meetings and get their feedback. This encourages a high standard of morale, addresses key concerns and allows adaption of policy to influence work on the ground.

Warmcall” is a training system devised by the management team here at ! Our training procedures ensure a positive customer response particularly in the case where non-appointments based calls are employed.

Isometric testing.
Situational training.
Appointments based system.
